Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in Industrial Maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Hydraulics, Mechanics, Electrical, Welding and Rigging proficiency.
• Maintenance Tech II proficiency within 10 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broader range of duties, including technically complex tasks with independence.
• Provide equipment maintenance, interventions, and repairs; conduct preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment at an intermediate level.
• Support operators with machinery reliability and changeovers.
• Maintain clear work records and safety/quality compliance.
