Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Maintenance Technician I – Night Shift to support plant start-up, commissioning and ongoing maintenance across manufacturing, laboratories, utilities, and other critical site operations. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and high-level documentation of SOPs, work orders, and process records.

Qualifications

• High school/GED with 1 year maintenance experience or Associate’s degree.
• Knowledge of cGMP in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Experience executing and documenting maintenance work orders in a CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Support start-up, commissioning and qualification of equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance program documentation (SOPs, WO, JP, HRAs, JHAs).
• Ensure safety and compliance during construction, start-up and maintenance activities.
• Perform installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing and documentation of equipment.
• Review maintenance reports and coordinate with operators and stakeholders.
