Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Maintenance Associate I for the Mount Carmel, PA facility. This role covers night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am with a defined weekly schedule that includes alternating weekend work. Starting pay is $23.68 per hour, with a $1 differential for the evening shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a vocational or trade school curriculum with electro-mechanical focus desired.
• Three to five years of related field experience.
• Must be able to read precision instruments (micrometers, calipers).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faulty production and plant equipment with minimal supervision using schematics, manuals and drawings.
• Diagnose electro-mechanical problems and troubleshoot electrical issues; apply preventive maintenance strategies.
