Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Maintenance Associate I for our Mount Carmel, PA facility. The role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production equipment during a 12-hour shift from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. Schedule rotates with weekends as described in the ad.

The starting pay rate is $23.68 per hour with a $1 differential for the evening shift. Ideal candidates will read schematics, follow safety protocols, and work as part of a cross-functional maintenance team to

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair production equipment with minimal supervision.
• Identify faulty parts and create requisitions for replacements.
• Know storeroom locations and observe withdrawal/return procedures.
• General working knowledge of machine shop equipment.
• Team-oriented with leadership qualities.
• Maintain records and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Perform shift-specific duties as assigned by maintenance supervisor.
• Other duties as necessary.
