Thrive Freeze Dry in Modesto, CA is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician to support the night shift in maintaining production and facility equipment. Qualified candidates typically hold a high school diploma, with an AA in mechanical/electrical/industrial maintenance a plus and 4+ years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; basic math, reading and writing; basic computer skills.
• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus; 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some ammonia/refrigeration and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Learn to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities; read manuals and work orders.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
