Job summary

Pacific Coast Producers (PCP) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for the Night Shift at our Lodi, CA Distribution Center. This full-time, on-site role runs 11:00 PM–7:30 AM with occasional weekend overtime.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and support production goals while following safety and PPE protocols. A minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience and forklift operation ability are required; basic fabrication, hydraulic, pneumatic,

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Must be able to operate a forklift and carry tools.
Basic fabrication, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding and plumbing knowledge.
Knowledge of vacuum systems, motion control systems, and HVAC; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with other Mechanics to align maintenance with production goals.
Perform and oversee routine preventive maintenance, inspections and repairs.
Diagnose mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to restore functionality.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance procedures and equipment performance.
Other duties as assigned.
