Qualifications

• High school diploma required; basic math, reading and writing skills and basic computer skills.
• AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus; 4+ years manufacturing experience; hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some ammonia/refrigeration/HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment, while adhering to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes in an effort to support the site’s business goals and objectives.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Learn to diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Learn to perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities. Learn to perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
