Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a maintenance technician at our Framingham, MA facility to plan and perform preventive maintenance on production lines. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, service PLCs and motors, and support upgrades with a focus on uptime and safety.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and proficiency with CMMS/ERP systems. This role offers health benefits, 401K, ESPP, and a shift that requires night hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; PLC experience desired.
• Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CMMS/ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and pull 120 lbs. as needed.
• Must pass post-offer physical, drug screen, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute preventative maintenance (PM) per schedule to minimize downtime.
• Complete reactive maintenance on production lines to fix equipment failures.
• Create retrofits and fabrication; work on PLCs, VFDs, and motors.
• Identify improvements through creative problem solving.
• Coach operators on maintenance and equipment settings.
• Participate in special projects on equipment upgrades or installations.
• Support daily production schedule delivery with team members.
