Job summary

Primo Brands in Dallas, TX is seeking a Seasonal Production Technician to support busy periods. This full-time, night-shift role focuses on operating and maintaining production equipment, performing quality and safety checks, and meeting performance metrics.

You will work with cross-functional teams, follow GMPs, and help keep the line clean and organized. Prior manufacturing experience and forklift familiarity are a plus; the assignment offers practical experience with a leading beverage

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift which includes start-up and handover meetings.
• Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.
• Ability to work on your own and with a team.
• Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio.
• Computer Skills and Knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred, we are willing to train new associates.
• Ability to lift and move 50lbs, stand on your feet for extended periods of time throughout the day.
• Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Record maintenance, quality inspection data, downtime, output and other metrics.
• Adhere to safe work practices and GMPs; participate in safety programs.
• Communicate effectively when issues arise that impact standards.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency and downtime.
• Perform mathematical calculations as needed.
• Conduct hourly quality checks to ensure product quality.
• Inspect raw materials against quality standards before loading.
• Collaborate with QA and Maintenance to maximize output and efficiency.
• Attend shift, team and plant meetings as scheduled.
• Measure and continuously improve the line operation as a team.
• Cross-train in other areas to support operations during downtimes.
• Keep workstation organized and safe; follow GMPs.
• Focus on safety and high quality with urgency.
