Zusammenfassung

Refresco in Florida is seeking a maintenance technician to join a fast-paced beverage production facility. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure GMPs and food safety standards are followed.

The role requires reading blueprints, working with little supervision, and maintaining safety protocols during shift changes. Expected shift pattern includes nights with potential overtime.

Qualifikationen

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• Ability to read machinery blueprints and parts manuals.
• Work without supervision.
• Good decision making/problem solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to GMPs and safety PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Adhere to food quality and safety standards as per SQF or other standards.
• Report problems with FSMS to initiate corrective actions.
• Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Maintain production supporting equipment (glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication, chemical distribution).
• Record all parts numbers used for inventory purposes.
• Communicate maintenance and production information between shifts.
• Assist in training other maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to resolve issues rapidly and drive improvement.
