Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Taunton, MA. The role focuses on operating, changing over, cleaning, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of production equipment including fillers, labelers, case packers, and forklifts to meet quality and efficiency targets.

The team will perform preventative maintenance, collect quality data, and ensure safe GMP-compliant operations while supporting cross-department collaboration to maximize output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift which includes start-up and handover meetings.
• Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.
• Ability to work on your own and with a team.
• Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio.
• Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications; SAP experience a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred, but training can be provided.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, and production output.
• Adhere to safe work practices and GMPs; participate in safe behavior observation programs.
• Communicate effectively when issues arise and prevent deviations from standards.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency, production, and downtime.
• Perform mathematical calculations as needed and ensure hourly quality checks.
