Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Electrical troubleshooting.
• Blueprint reading.
• Experience in a plastics or fabrication environment.
• Safety sensitive position with emphasis on safe work practices.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment, including preventive maintenance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on processing equipment and facility machinery.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment.
• Replace worn parts using brazing, soldering and welding where needed.
• Document maintenance actions, irregularities and needs using EAM.
• Promote CI/5S/STW activities and support safety programs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth production and safe operations.
