Job summary

3M is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II for the 3rd shift to support plant operations and maintain equipment. You will lead maintenance projects, work with team members, and ensure a safe, productive environment across shifts.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and be able to work nights with flexible overtime. Technical diplomas are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Current, valid driver's license.
• Shift: Nights with 24/7 support capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance projects from start to finish for plant operations.
• Provide own personal hand tools and professional craftsmanship.
• Read and interpret prints, drawings, and sketches.
• Set up and operate portable and stationary shop equipment.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
