Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician in Grand Rapids to keep production lines running on a 6:00 pm – 6:00 am rotating schedule. The role offers a $3 night shift premium and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, reading electrical schematics, and documenting work orders. Benefits begin on day one with 8% 401(k) matching under the ESOP program and occasional incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance programs required.
• Mechanic, pneumatic, hydraulic and basic electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining machinery, performing planned and unplanned maintenance.
• Be available for emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret procedures, schematics and work orders for maintenance.
• Assist in preventative maintenance checks and data analysis.
• Maintain line support systems and document work orders clearly.
