Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. is seeking a Blender Operator for the night shift in Grand Rapids, MI. The role runs on a rotating schedule from 6:45 pm to 7:00 am and starts at $24.40 per hour with shift premium.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus and additional night/weekend premiums apply. Benefits begin on day one of hire, with ESOP and 8% 401(k) match. You will weigh, mix, and monitor ingredients, maintain equipment, and ensure GMP and 5S standards while meeting production goals and documenting all batch records

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Forklift and LOTO certification required.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients as per batch record.
• Load ingredients into the blender following batch order.
• Maintain equipment and 5S housekeeping and safety standards.
• Complete batch entry logs and related paperwork.
• Identify CCPs and participate in shift safety practices.
