Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Experience working safely around industrial equipment and utilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, attendance, and teamwork.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed and use proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and plant systems
• Adjusting equipment, changing small parts, motors, and pump heads as needed
• Monitoring and maintaining ammonia, compressed air, and high-pressure steam systems
• Completing preventative maintenance and equipment rebuilds on schedule
• Supporting CIP, sanitation, product quality, and recordkeeping requirements
• Maintaining a clean works environment and promoting strong teamwork and communication
