Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency reading and following written and oral English.
• Experience around industrial equipment and utilities with safety mindset.
• Commitment to safety, quality, attendance and teamwork.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and plant systems.
• Adjusting equipment, changing small parts, motors, and pump heads as needed.
• Monitoring ammonia, compressed air, and high‑pressure steam systems.
• Completing preventative maintenance and equipment rebuilds on schedule.
• Supporting CIP, sanitation, product quality, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Maintaining a clean work environment and promoting teamwork and communication.
