In this maintenance role, you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery, electrical components, and plant systems. A strong fit has mechanical and electrical knowledge, can read blueprints, and communicates clearly with team leads and operators.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience and/or education in installation and repair of 110, 220, and 440 3-phase electrical systems
• Two years’ experience and/or education with machine controls, including PLCs and CNC controls
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Systematic troubleshooting skills for equipment and machinery issues
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear while performing job duties
• Close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Ability to occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds
• Basic ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery, equipment, electrical components, and plant systems
• Work in a production environment with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and dependable attendance
• Diagnose equipment issues, replace worn parts, repair wiring, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Communicate clearly with team leads, operators, and maintenance staff
