Job summary

Sedona Staffing Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Electrical) in Dubuque, IA for a local manufacturing plant. Direct hire with pay of $30–$32/hr, rotating 12-hour shifts (nights 6p-6a, days 5:30am-6pm) on a 4-on/4-off schedule.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, good troubleshooting skills, and experience with electrical and pneumatic systems and PLCs. HS diploma required; flexibility for shifts and weekends is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• 2+ years as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with electrical and pneumatic systems; PLCs understanding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure continuous operation.
