Job summary

McCain Foods USA, Inc. in Grand Island, Nebraska, is seeking a Maintenance Processing Technician for the night shift to maintain packaging equipment, perform lubrication, inspections, and preventative maintenance on a 24/7 line.

You will work 12-hour nights from 6pm to 6am, and use SAP CMMS to document issues and actions. The role requires basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic troubleshooting, welding, fabrication, and a strong commitment to GMP and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret reports, policies and procedures.
• Able to prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant equipment, lubrication, line inspections and preventive maintenance per checklists.
• Perform basic electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding and fabrication tasks.
• Operate and document maintenance in SAP CMMS; follow GMP and safety policies.
• Support building maintenance, read schematics, and perform minor repairs as needed.
