Qualifications

• Proficiency in team building; excellent communication/interpersonal skills to motivate, encourage, train, direct, and coach employees.
• Must be able to enter data into a computer.
• Must be able to comprehend, read, write, and communicate in Basic English and interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Sets up lines to meet product specifications.
• Observes operation of equipment and makes adjustments to meet specifications.
• Controls line flows and blend rates per product specs.
• Monitors transfer points and reduces waste.
• Communicates changes or issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Provides training to production line workers.
