Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or cleaning in a food-service setting preferred.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and upkeep of restaurant interiors and exteriors.
• Capable of following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week and manage trash/chute areas.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
