Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior cleanliness.
• Maintains restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Assists with daily upkeep tasks and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Filter fryer oil daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean areas.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactors.
• Change light bulbs in fixtures.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof of debris.
