Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person for an opening shift. The role focuses on completing repairs and routine maintenance on restaurant equipment, assisting with cleaning, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the restaurant.

The position supports franchise operations with the necessary tools and training to succeed. Responsibilities include oil fryer maintenance, outside grounds care, and stock/upkeep tasks.

Qualifications

• Maintenance duties for restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor (if applicable)
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• Pressure-wash sidewalks, drive-thru pads, and building
• Assist with stock up for shifts
• Other miscellaneous responsibilities will also be required
