Qualifications

• Small equipment repair or plumbing background is a plus.
• Able to perform physical labor and work on ladders and rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Filter oil fryers daily and manage outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week and handle trash/removal.
• Change light bulbs and wipe HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
