Job summary

McDonald’s restaurant seeks a Maintenance Person to help keep the interior and exterior areas clean and all equipment in good working order. You will support daily cleaning tasks, assist with fryer maintenance, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

This is a franchisee-operated role. Starting pay is $16.50–$18.00 per hour, with benefits including PTO, education assistance, and medical/dental coverage as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Supports daily cleaning tasks and facility upkeep.
• Assists with stock rooms, restrooms, and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
