Job summary

Permobil is seeking a Maintenance Skilled Technician for the night shift to perform preventive maintenance, inspect equipment, repair where needed, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This full-time role requires an Associate degree or 3–5 years related experience, good communication and problem-solving skills, and basic PLC/HMI familiarity. Pay ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, 11:00 PM–6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3–5 years related experience required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills helpful.
• PLC and HMI skills helpful; ability to read technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ROHO equipment by performing preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Monitors equipment operation, identifies failures, and repairs electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintains equipment database with written records of work and failures.
• Installs functional parts and makes adjustments to devices or control instruments.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment and adheres to safety policies.
