Job summary

Personnel Resources, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Industrial Maintenance Tech for a 12-hour night shift. Must have a high school diploma or GED and solid mechanical knowledge to identify and repair equipment and perform building maintenance.

This in-person role requires teamwork, clear written and verbal communication, ability to read manuals and work orders, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, basic carpentry, plumbing, welding, and

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of general building and equipment repair and maintenance.
• Sufficient mechanical knowledge to identify and correct mechanical malfunctions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Ability to read manuals, vendor manuals, and work orders.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Experience with equipment repair and machinery installation.

Responsibilities

• Inspects, maintains, and repairs equipment including basic painting, carpentry, plumbing, and some welding.
• Performs regular and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Performs routine building maintenance as needed.
• Receives work orders and schedules own assignments.
• Multi-tasks and prioritizes work effectively.
• Follows safety procedures and reports hazards to supervisor.
• Keeps work areas clean and orderly at all times.
