Job summary

Skjodt-Barrett is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician for the night shift to oversee a small team, assign tasks, and ensure safe, timely completion of duties. The role includes administering and supporting the CMMS and improving plant efficiency in a collaborative night shift environment.

You will work on a rotating Continental schedule (6am–6:30pm) with opportunities to lead, train, and advance within the maintenance function while contributing to operational excellence and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing, plant, or warehouse setting.
• Proficient with mechanical tools for welding, grinding, and cutting, and PLC calibration to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with the Maintenance Manager and direct maintenance personnel.
• Provide guidance to mechanics and ensure GMP and safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports and maintain departmental records.
