Job summary

Jobot is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a night shift at a state-of-the-art electronics manufacturer. The role focuses on keeping equipment running smoothly, performing preventive maintenance, and diagnosing issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance, strong troubleshooting abilities, and experience with CMMS and PLC systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Basic knowledge of single and 3-phase electrical systems.
Deep understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Experience with CMMS.
Knowledge of PLC systems.
Proficiency with tools including lathe and mill.
Familiarity with HVAC systems.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to detect malfunctions.
Perform preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
Diagnose problems and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
Utilize hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain clean work areas.
Operate CMMS to track work orders and maintenance history.
Troubleshoot PLC systems and perform repairs as needed.
Assist in training lower-level technicians and operators.
Participate in continuous improvement to enhance team performance.
