Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Wisconsin DC. You will diagnose and repair conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, and electrical systems while following PM schedules and safety protocols. The role demands problem solving, mentoring juniors, and coordinating with outside vendors.

The position offers a 2B shift (Tue–Fri, 5:30p–3:30a) with a base rate of $29.55/hr plus a $1/hr shift differential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in mechanical/electrical fields.
• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience in a facilities environment.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety requirements including OSHA and LOTO standards.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment and conveyance systems.
• Document work and follow PM standards in asset management systems.
• Train junior technicians to elevate performance levels.
• Coordinate with vendors to complete DC projects safely and on time.
• Support DC operations and perform other duties as needed.
