Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods distribution center in Wisconsin is seeking a maintenance technician to repair and maintain facility equipment and conveyance systems with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics. You will document work in our asset management system and support safety initiatives.

Require 3–5 years of related experience, an associate degree or technical certificate, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Shift: 2B Tue–Fri 5:30p–3:30a; pay: $29.55/hr plus $1/hr shift diff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher and a relevant technical certificate preferred.
• 2-year technical degree in mechanical/electrical applications is desirable.
• Experience aligning with DC maintenance and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety requirements including OSHA standards with regards to LOTO.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment; document work in asset system.
• Specialize in PLCs, conveyors, 3-phase electrics, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing.
• Report spare parts levels and daily usage to Maintenance leadership.
• Train junior technicians to elevate performance during troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with outside vendors to complete DC projects safely and timely.
