Job summary

The AZEK Company in Wilmington is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain production lines and support ongoing plant projects. The role operates Monday through Friday, 7AM to 3PM, with a competitive pay rate of $22 to $42 per hour based on experience.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in two installments after 3 and 6 months. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, documenting work, and collaborating with supervisors to plan

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Advanced education and/or related-certification(s), a plus.
• Certifications & Licenses: extensive maintenance training and welding/forklift certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production lines and equipment to keep them running.
• Develops and prioritizes work orders with Maintenance Manager and Supervisors.
• Completes work orders as defined by management and operators.
• Supports 6S and TPM programs to improve efficiency.
• Trains operators in preventative maintenance checks.
• Assists on shift with preventative maintenance processes.
• Contributes to line commissioning after maintenance events.
• Participates in other plant projects as needed.
