Job summary

The AZEK Company in Wilmington, OH, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a Mon–Fri 7AM–3PM shift. You will keep production lines and equipment running and perform preventative maintenance. Starting pay: Tech II $27.00/hr; Tech III $30.50/hr, based on experience.

This role emphasizes TPM, 6S, and collaboration with maintenance management and line leads. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, strong electrical/mechanical skills, PLC knowledge, and forklift certification;

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Two-year Maintenance Certification or related certs are a plus.
• TRAK program and TimberTech training certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production lines and equipment to run at all times.
• Develops and prioritizes work orders with Maintenance Manager and Line Leads.
• Completes work orders as defined by maintenance and supervision.
• Supports 6S and TPM programs.
• Assists, coaches, and trains operators in daily preventive maintenance checks.
• Supports preventative maintenance on shift.
• Assists with line commissioning after maintenance events.
• Participates in plant projects as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
