Padagis LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician II. You will maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical aspects of processing, manufacturing, and packaging equipment, including wiring, machine repair, and preventive maintenance.

This full-time, on-site role includes a third shift (Sun-Thurs, 10pm–6am) with a $2.25/hr shift differential and a quarterly bonus target of 5%.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Two or more years of related experience in equipment repair with ability to install, alter and repair machinery and components.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to apply to machine repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; reading and understanding English instructions and procedure documents.
• May require own transportation to move between facilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and troubleshoot processing, manufacturing and packaging equipment from electrical and mechanical perspectives.
• Perform machine rebuilding, repair, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Move equipment as needed and complete general work orders in collaboration with other technicians.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and decrease costs.
