Night differential of $1/hour enhances the base pay, with a potential bonus of up to $3,000. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (degree in mechanical/electrical field preferred) and plant manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical field preferred with 2 years plant manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge or experience with extruders and/or cast film lines is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of electronic controllers.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment, machinery, and facility.
• Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
• Interpret drawings and schematics of equipment to adjust, maintain or repair machinery properly.
• Respond to production requests and troubleshoot problems.
• Communicate with production to diagnose problems.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Provide daily reports of activities during the shift.
