Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician II to maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical aspects of processing, manufacturing, and packaging equipment. The role covers machine rebuilding, preventive maintenance, and potential equipment moves.

Shift is Sun-Thurs, 10pm-6am, with a $29–$39 hourly rate plus a $2.25 shift premium and a 5% quarterly bonus target. Applicants should have a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and 2+ years of related repair experience; knowledge

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in equipment repair with installation, alteration and repair of machinery/components.
• Knowledge of electrical systems applied to machine repair/troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and work with English-language documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot processing, manufacturing and packaging equipment from electrical and mechanical perspectives.
• Perform machine rebuilding, repair, preventative maintenance, and may move equipment.
• Complete general work orders and coordinate with other technicians across shifts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
