Job summary

Arandell in Minnesota seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician II for a night shift (6 PM–6 AM). This full‑time role offers 3–4 days per week and a pay range of $24.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on experience.

You’ll maintain, upgrade, and install equipment, monitor preventive maintenance, keep parts inventory, and document repairs. A high school diploma and 2–5 years in a high-speed plant maintenance environment are required; welding knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining high-speed plant equipment.
• Basic welding knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, upgrade, and install equipment to keep production running.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedule and perform documented repairs.
• Keep accurate parts inventory and reorder as needed.
• Document repairs and maintenance performed.
• Read and interpret manuals for correct operation of machinery.
