Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a Production Line Mechanic/Technician for overnight and late-night shifts. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on high‑speed production lines, perform preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires the ability to work in hot conditions, lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally work weekends or flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years of production line mechanic/technician experience preferred.
• Packaging/can-making equipment experience a plus.
• Automation principles and controls logic understanding is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in hot conditions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical problems on high‑speed production line equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems on packaging/processing equipment.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance safely and on time.
• Support food safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead design/fabrication requests for replacement parts or equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and efficient storage spaces.
