You will follow safety procedures, document work in CMMS, and collaborate with a team to keep production on track in a fast-paced Georgia manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Safety rules and procedures understanding, including LOTO, confined space, PPE, hot work, PIT, and fall protection.
• Foundational mechanical knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools.
• Ability to recognize common equipment issues and assist with simple problem-solving.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and documenting work in CMMS.
• Team-oriented and able to follow instructions and learn from others.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs in production areas, offices, and grounds.
• Conduct inspections and monitor equipment, record data, and report concerns.
• Assist senior technicians with repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare job sites, gather tools/materials, and assist with cleanup after tasks.
• Operate equipment safely (e.g., forklifts) as trained and support safety watch duties.
