Qualifications
- Diploma in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics is required.
- Hands-on experience in industrial environments is valued.
- Ability to manage and develop a maintenance team; strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a maintenance team during night shifts.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues across equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
- Lead safety, planning, and workload organization for the team.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Assist with installation and startup of new machinery.
- Provide technical support to production teams and respond to emergencies.
