Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Carthage, MO is seeking a Maintenance Tech Multi Craft for the Claxton plant. This 12‑hour night shift role focuses on electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The position requires passing Ramsay tests, blueprint reading, and forklift certification, with a 2‑year commitment. Collaborate with Leaders and partners to uphold Food Safety and Plant safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must pass Ramsay Tests: Electrical and Mechanical.
• Reads and interprets electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Able to perform electrical/ mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains electrical and electronic equipment across the plant.
• Performs complex wiring, control panel fabrication, and equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoots and repairs PLCs and production equipment.
• Ensures safety devices and OSHA/NEC compliance.
• Completes record-keeping, work orders, and downtime logs.
