Job summary

Leclerc Foods USA, Inc. is seeking a night shift Maintenance Technician at our Montgomery, PA plant. You will diagnose, repair, and service electrical/electronic and mechanical systems on high-speed manufacturing and packaging lines, ensuring equipment availability and safe operation in a GMP-driven environment.

The role requires a Technical Associate Degree or apprenticeship, plus 3 years of experience, with PLC programming skills (Allen-Bradley preferred). Expect long shifts and OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical associate degree or accredited technical apprenticeship.
• Three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems.
• Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work 10–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment.
• Install equipment and programs to meet specifications.
• Document corrective and preventive maintenance to maximize plant availability.
• Ensure safe operation following lock-out/tag-out and PPE rules.
• Provide guidance to operators and line mechanics on procedures.
