Leoforce in Washington state seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the night shift to lead a skilled maintenance team. You will oversee electrical, mechanical, and robotic systems, coordinate preventive maintenance, and drive reliability across high-tech manufacturing equipment.

The role requires strong supervisory, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. A technical background and relevant degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of PLC systems, lathe, mill, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with machine maintenance tech, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electronic and robotic systems.
• Excellent supervisory and motivational skills.
• Solid knowledge of safety compliance and quality control in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure uptime.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot electronic and robotic systems; coordinate with external service providers.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met across the team.
• Monitor equipment performance and propose improvements or upgrades.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
