Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in maintenance within the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive knowledge of PLC systems and machining equipment.
• Experience with machine maintenance, pneumatics, preventive maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electronics and robotics systems.
• Solid safety and quality compliance knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; technical qualification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, including PLC systems, lathe, mill, pneumatic systems, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Leading a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electronic and robotic systems, and coordinating with external service providers as necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality control standards, and fostering a culture of safety and quality within the maintenance team.
• Monitoring equipment performance and making recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
• Participating in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
