Job summary

Talent ACQ is recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at a confidential food manufacturer in Selah, WA. You will lead the overnight maintenance crew, owning the process from Sunday night to Friday morning and partnering with Operations when lines go down in the night.

You will drive equipment reliability, coach a multi-craft team, and ensure safe operation with GMP/HACCP standards. This leadership role blends hands-on electrical work with team development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industrial electrical experience including preventive and predictive maintenance.
• 3+ years troubleshooting PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Wonderware, Inductive Automation) and industrial Ethernet.
• Demonstrated success supervising and developing a maintenance team.
• Broad electrical and mechanical skills to cover multi-craft work.
• Food manufacturing background with GMP/HACCP knowledge.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70/70E and Washington electrical code.
• Proficiency with electrical test and instrumentation calibration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop 10–15 maintenance employees, setting priorities and giving feedback.
• Drive equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime with PM and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot plant electrical, instrumentation, and control systems; partner on automation projects.
• Manage work orders in the CMMS and maintainPM program accuracy.
• Write and maintain SOPs, SSOPs, and training materials for the team.
• Enforce electrical/mechanical safety and food safety (cGMP) practices.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager on budget and parts inventory.
