Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of single and 3‑phase electrical systems.
• Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with CMMS and PLC systems.
• HVAC familiarity and ability to use lathe/mill tooling.
• Excellent problem solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect premises and equipment to detect malfunctions.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Diagnose problems and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Use hand tools, meters, and material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with regulations.
• Operate a CMMS to track work orders and parts history.
• Troubleshoot PLC systems and implement repairs.
• Assist in training junior technicians and operators.
• Engage in continuous improvement to boost performance.
