Jobot is hiring a night-shift Maintenance Supervisor in Warrensburg, MO to lead a team of technicians supporting automated production equipment and robotics. You will prioritize daily maintenance, perform repairs, and drive continuous improvements across electro-mechanical systems and conveyors.

Strong PLC troubleshooting and Fanuc robotics experience are required. You will collaborate with Engineering and Operations to boost reliability, implement preventive programs, document activity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or automated production environment.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc robots or similar multi-axis robotic systems is required.
• Strong PLC troubleshooting experience, including fault tracing and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, conveyors, and industrial machinery.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a maintenance team supporting automated production equipment and robotics.
• Prioritize, assign, and oversee daily maintenance activities, repairs, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical equipment, automated machinery, conveyors, and 6-axis robotic systems.
• Utilize PLC knowledge to diagnose equipment faults and support corrective actions.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation to resolve equipment issues.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Production teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Track maintenance performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
• Promote and enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies.
• Provide technical training, coaching, and development for maintenance team members.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
