Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell automation.
• Programming experience is REQUIRED.
• RS Logix 5000 experience.
• Ability to work 12 hour rotating scheduling and night shifts.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret electrical schematics and manuals in English.

Responsibilities

• Decode electrical schematics and user manuals to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
• Solve automation software issues and optimize processes.
• Resolve PLC and touchscreen issues to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot network and control networking issues for reliable systems.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain servers and ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and drive automation improvements to boost efficiency.
• Provide leadership and training to maintenance technicians.
