Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience required.
• Ability to lead and mentor staff.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise and optimize maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production for timely repairs.
• Develop and implement preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, SOPs and safety programs.
• Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day support for troubleshooting and equipment failures.
• Develop KPIs to track maintenance performance and reliability.
• Provide regular status reports to maintenance management.
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
